Academic Procedures

  • Without the required documents the student's application will be rejected.
  • The academic calender/ timetable can be collected form the reception at the beginning of each semester.
  • Every student should punch their attendance daily on the bar-code machine by using own ID. The students who do not attend lectures regularly, and not up to the minimum acceptable level of 80%, will be considered as Poor Attendance and reminders will be given individually.
  • Examination admission card should be obtained before the end semester examination.
  • Only B.A. (General) Degree students can select two compulsory subjects (60 Credits) and the balance credits (30 Credits) can be obtained from other subjects as floating subjects.
  • On completion of each semester, the results sheets can be obtained from the Department of Admissions, Examinations and Evaluation.

Payment Procedures

  • Every Student Should Sign-up and make a half payment of each semester's tuition fees before commencement and rest of the amount should be paid within two months after the commencement.
  • The student needs to collect the payment plan at the registration. The payment plan which is provided by the Accounts Department will not be changed until the end of the study program.
  • If any Clarification is needed regarding payments, directly contact the Accounts Officer.
  • If a student needs to do a make-up or repeat examination he/she should register and make an extra payment.
  • The student, who has not settled the full payment of the semester tuition fees , will not be permitted to sit for the end semester examination.
